Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We travel throughout Southwest Florida to homes, offices, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, title companies, attorney offices, and any other location that's convenient for you.
Same-day appointments are frequently available, and in some cases we can arrive within a few hours. Email us to check current availability. For non-urgent needs, we can also schedule in advance at a time that works for you.
You'll need a current, government-issued photo ID — Florida driver's license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or a valid foreign passport stamped by U.S. immigration. The name on your ID must match the name on your document. Important: Do not sign the document before we arrive — your signature must be witnessed by the notary.
We receive the loan package from the title company or lender, travel to the borrower's location, walk through each document and explain what it is (without providing legal advice), witness and notarize the required signatures, and return the completed package. We do not provide legal advice — for questions about the loan terms, please contact your lender or attorney.
Not yet — we're pursuing Florida's Remote Online Notarization (RON) certification and plan to offer it soon. In the meantime, we come to you in person anywhere in Southwest Florida. Contact us to be notified when RON is available.
Florida wills and certain other documents require two witnesses in addition to notarization. We may be able to arrange witnesses — please let us know when scheduling so we can confirm availability and any additional fees.
An apostille is a certification that authenticates a document for use in a foreign country that is a member of the Hague Convention. If you're using a U.S. document internationally — for a job, marriage, adoption, school enrollment, or immigration — you may need an apostille. We help prepare and file for apostille certification through the Florida Secretary of State.
Yes. After-hours, evening, weekend, and holiday appointments are available for time-sensitive situations. A rush surcharge applies and is always communicated before the appointment is confirmed.
